Light lines across multiple tracks

In this project, the Railpuck 2.8 watt was applied in a black version, new model without cover. Connected via six power supply units and distributed across multiple tracks.

The fixtures are mounted beneath the rails and form an individual light line per track. No central lighting points, but lighting that follows the track itself.

This ensures that every walkway remains visible, even when tracks are occupied with rolling stock. The light is positioned low, directed and exactly where it is needed during operations.

Limited space, multiple tracks

The tracks are positioned closely together, leaving little room for additional infrastructure. There are no overhead lines, so portal-based solutions are not an option.

When trains are present, external lighting is largely blocked. Shadows and dark zones quickly appear on the walkways.

High masts do not fit within the surroundings and create unwanted light spill towards nature and housing. Low masts introduce safety risks due to the limited space between tracks. The situation requires a solution within the track profile itself.

Light where it is needed

With Railpuck, the lighting is positioned beneath the rail and follows each track individually. The light remains on the walkway and does not depend on free space above or beside the track.

Walkways remain visible, even when multiple tracks are in use. A continuous light pattern without interruptions and without additional obstacles.

This results in a clear working environment with consistent visibility of the work area. Controlled light, applied where it is needed, without affecting the surroundings.
